• Bet Acceptance: All bets placed on slorpk are subject to acceptance by the Company. slorpk reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

• Event Cancellation: In the event of an event cancellation, abandonment, or postponement, slorpk's settlement rules for such circumstances are applied as published in the sports betting rules section of the Platform, and differ by sport and competition.
• Maximum Payout: slorpk applies maximum payout limits to sports betting winnings. The applicable limits are displayed in the Platform's sports betting rules and may vary by sport, market type, and account tier.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on slorpk and constitute material breaches of these Terms that will result in immediate account suspension, permanent account termination, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registration by or on behalf of any person under 21 years of age
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Registration or use of multiple accounts by a single individual

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing slorpk staff members or other users in any support or community channel

slorpk is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming and the prevention of problem gambling. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time from your slorpk account settings without requiring support team assistance:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your slorpk account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any slorpk content without prior written authorisation from the Company. Any unauthorised use of slorpk intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, slorpk's total liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your slorpk account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

slorpk shall not be liable for any of the following, whether or not foreseeable:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or goodwill
• Indirect, consequential, or special loss of any nature
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures, including internet service providers or payment processors
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security
• Losses resulting from reliance on any information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes slorpk's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

You may request closure of your slorpk account at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team through the in-platform live chat. Any verified balance remaining in your slorpk account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification requirements and provided no pending investigations are outstanding.

slorpk reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account — without prior notice where immediate action is required — in circumstances including but not limited to: material breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe, or account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve consecutive months. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which slorpk holds its international gaming license. slorpk's licensing authority provides an independent dispute resolution mechanism available to users who have exhausted slorpk's internal complaint process without reaching a satisfactory resolution.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country or territory of residence, to the extent those rights cannot be excluded or waived by contract.
